The project of the сenter «Sezim» has started – «Introduction of Family Mediation practice» under the support of The Swiss Confederation, represented by the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs & Embassy of Switzerland in the Kyrgyz Republic.
Family mediation as an extrajudicial settlement of family or partner disputes / conflicts – is a new mechanism, expertise and opportunities to overcome high level of divorce, protect the rights of vulnerable family members, identify and protect against gender-based and domestic violence in Kyrgyzstan.
Within the framework of the project, a complex professional training of employees and volunteers of the center “Sezim” is planned, and in the future, the opening of the mediation assistance program as one of the components of the activity of the center “Sezim”.
